If your site is not validated...

    do you still get the referral weight, and do your ads run with that weight or does everything shut down b/c your main account is not validated?

    If your account or referral is not validated then yes you are taken out of rotation

    Right... you cannot participate in the ad network without having any sites actually in it (referrals only).

    Well here is my scenario...

    I have

    Master Account (not validated) > Binded Account (validated) > Referrals

    I show a weight of like 15,000.

    Now am I in rotation or not?

    No, if the master account is not validating, the ads on the master account would not be in the rotation.
