if your boss cheats you, what should you do? My boss cheats me and I am now disppointed with him and the compnay. By the way, I am a manager in this company. Also, so many colleagues tell me that my boss is not so good and do not care for employee's feelings. He just focus on his business. All the employees in his compnay need to work on saturday and OT often with less holidays. Also, so many people leave the compnay even if I just enter the company for a month. If my boss cheats you often, at first，I watch the thing for a time,if the boss cheat me all the time, see whether can change these scene;if not ,I will leave the company. Respect others,so others will respect you!
there are two different types of CHEATS one is CONSCIOUS CHEAT and the other is UNCONSCIOUS CHEAT. according to your situation you were on the CONSCIOUS one but definitely afraid to loose your job. simple: if on your case i will just do my work since the BOSS pay me for the JOB/TASK given by him and yeah! his the boss when it comes to work i will do everything but if i dont like the job its useless to be there i just resign. i dont think his a cheater he just do the business. if you dont want him so find the job that suits you. well dude its easy to say such, however there are much politics even in every office, you are used until your boss feels that there is someone other who can handle your task well he admires you once you ask for some bonus or incentive then the real scenes starts up
Secure you last payment up to the point where you are willing to let go of the remainder if he doesn't pay up. Plan your exit... ... JACK Him an the Company for anything you can legally. Leave in the middle of a day at a CRITICAL Time... HAhahhaahahhahaha Oh ya.. and see if you can get others to follow with you... at the same time... then hes really JACKED....
I'm not completely clear on how he's cheating you? Is he not paying you? Can you explain a little bit more please?
You need to be more specific dude, because my answer would depend on the severity of the cheating, has he cheated you out of money, time, perks, pension, what? If you are a manager you are in a good position to wreak a bit of havoc for him. Computer records or customer billing spring to mind, not that I would ever condone such a thing
Well then I would act smartly and not make any decision randomly. I will try to get my salary as much as I can with all my personal stuff from the office computer back to my hard drive. Then without any notice would just leave him. Believe me that is the most hurting procedure to anyone as they are not prepared to have a replacement so soon
Or... you could just... get into an argument with him.... Make it a good one.... If you are feeling this way... I'm sure others are as well... Get your people together and make it a full blown Mutiny !!
Set him up i recorded my boss being naughty with some of the younger female workers and told him i would send the video to his boss and the CEO of the company!
Just leave the company and find a better one which is worth your effort and dedication. There's no reason for you to stay in a company or boss that you do not trust anymore.
It depends in what way does he cheat me. If he cheats me just for fun and he got sharp sense of humor, I think it's rather acceptable. But if cheating is for financial side of work..... I won't won't work hard and may be do some tricks for his business.
