I'd build a two floored house, decorated with expensive furniture an a garden. I'd invest rest of the amount in share market.
If I had $1,000,000 the cost wouldn't matter. It would be all about finding a nice one, and convincing the owner to sell it If I only had some new pants, maybe it would all work out for me.
I would buy myself a nice house and give my daughters enough to put a deposit on their own home Any left I would go on a world cruise.
I'll invest the money and make money by money . That is a sustainable way . Travel around and enjoy life .
I will invest on stocks and shares... Buy a shopping mall and a * hotel .. Buy as many PR 7,8,9,10 domains i can. The rest will be for charity.
I'm young so I would have plenty of time to invest, then id travel the world and then live in america.
I would probably invest around $500,000 into something. $350,000 would be spent on other stuff. The remaining $150,000 would be given to charity or something similar.
i will just a bulit a great house for my family and invest some money in online to earn more in future .
I've already tried investing, failed miserably. Took a closer look at it and figured that it's largely pointless to invest money in stocks, funds or any of that crap. The only reasons to do so is if you have some good inside information that a certain company's stocks are going to rise, you control the market or you plan to let that money sit there for around 10 years. I would probably use it to build a couple of successful online ventures that provide me with a sufficient monthly income, put the rest in the bank and continue enjoying life. My expenses are modest, I think that money would last me at least 15 years.
Who says you can only invest in stocks/funds? The second paragraph of your post is about another type of investment - investing in your own business, which is what I'd prefer also
