Or set the goal to rinsing and repeating whatever you did right with that 5 times over, therefore spreading your risk, not putting all your eggs in one basket and getting close on $250 a day?

That should set you up with the rest of your plan of action.

StrangeLife is Reply #8 shows you a diagram too, which is often referred to as creating a hub, you may have heard of the word used in the context of 'hub marketing', that diagram shows it off very well indeed, the concept in question.

    That's exactly how it works.

    Btw, no .info's, they're rubbish.

.com first, then .org then .net should be your order of preference, unless geo targeting, then you can use for example .co.uk - .de - .es - .fr etc depending on your preference.

Steer clear of .info - .biz - .asia etc, they're all not to put too fine a point on it, absolutely crap and will end up with you losing money. Thay're a false investment and will NOT save you money.

There are some great tips in this thread. I am always procrastinating with projects and never complete them either. But, like £££ said, if you can repeat what you have already done that's a great idea. If you're setting up new niche sites perhaps you can even set down on paper some of the methods you use to get that site up and running and optimised, so that you can follow those methods in the future and get the initial set up of the site out of the way more quickly. But I understand your frustration - finding the niche to begin with will take some thinking outside the box.

Ah, i thought .infos are the same as .coms in ranking in the search engines?

Bit out of context, lol

    I haven't found anything that's working.
I haven't tested out blogs yet. Or Ban site. I tested parking, it brings in almost 0. Cost me like over 1,000 in registration for a few domains and I have $18 USD in parking since 2003. What a waste.

I have spent over 1k on softwares and developers, nothing materialized yet.

I have spent alot on buying domain for investments in a new market dot asia. sunk cost, no return so far.

I am currently building a base of support for dot asia investment. starting to get some natural traffic. But so far cost alot of money and time.

All those ebooks out there how to get rich...lies lies, and lies. You dont' get rich over night.

Blimey, if that's you MsPennyLane, hope you don't mind me saying so, but you don't half look absolutely bloody gorgeous!

Showing my weakness for brunettes there!

.info's no, they will not rank as highly as .com's, .org's or .net's - when do you ever see a .info at the top of the game ahead of the leading extensions, very rarely perhaps and for a reason, they're rubbish, it's totaly false economy to use them.

    *****

To the poster above, it's time for you to stop what you are doing and wasting your time and money, getting frustrated with yourself and get yourself back to basics.

Again, forget .asia, it ain't going anywhere, don't get spun along on all of these new extensions, it's all hype. Stick to the .com until you know what you are doing.

Ask yourself seriously what are your goals, what is my plan, what is my strategy and how can I deliver?

If you have no goal, how can you deliver a plan, a strategy?

What are you good at, what do you personally excel at, if nothing springs to mind straightaway, ask yourself what you think you may enjoy the most. That which you enjoy the most is likely to be what you will excel at the most.

Feel free to drop me a pm if you need any help ok. I'll do my level headed best to bring you on track with what You want, starting with some tough questions to focus your mind.

    Offers there.

    Lol yes that's me!

Anyway, if you really can find something you love that works out as a profitable niche then all the better. It doesn't even have to be loved by millions of others - in fact the smaller number who are already doing it the better. It will then be a lot easier for you to put the necessary work in and keep it going consistently. Not to mention the fact that you'll be offering real value and enthusiasm for readers.

I'd buy 10 PR domains and a server and start up 10 affiliate marketing blogs focusing on 10 niches, get the posts ranking for long tail keywords.

Only problem i've just thought about my little network im planning on building is.

Say i get seohosting.com - lots of nice different ips for each site.
--> and then link them all together using that diagram.

I'd then need 10 adsense accounts otherwise google would just know they were all mine anyway lol :)

I would start a blog. Promote it slow and steady through SEO. Build reputation in the niche market and monetize the traffic.

Coco, you can easily bypass this by creating a few blogger accounts or squiddo 's and write a few articles related to your niche on these. The big G loves the blogger sites. You then link from your seohosting domain/s to the free blogs then back to another seo hosting domain. ;)

If anyone could help me with my website (in signature) it has a Pagerank of 5, incredibly, and only has a few articles with maybe 20 UV a day, lol. I was thinking as the site is "My Creative Bits" i want to provide a free design resource, such as colour schemes, business cards, psds, fonts e.t.c but these are all seperate niches, I'm no good or too lazy in writing content so i just want to have downloadable "stuff" with less text, by having something like this search engines will find it hard to find my site? as i'm only relying on titles and meta tags. BTW the site needs a makeover

    Why make so much site?
1 site is enough already so that you can focus on the site thus can drive more traffic.
The webmaster thingy is about the quality not quantity.

    I'm curious.

It's been a few years and Adsense ToS changed a bit.
Are any of these built for adsense blog templates against the new ToS?
