If you were Google, how do you deal with 3-way links?

Any ideas on the main elements you avoid?

e.g.
Where trade is SiteA > SiteB > Site C
SiteC is target
SiteB varies by the project nature
SiteA should be varied where possible between 3-5 seed sites

or
Avoid automated management pages on site A, B or C at all costs


or
Different IP, Host, Nameserver, Whois in SiteA & SiteC
