If you recieved free hosting that was of HostGator/DreamHost quality and webspace/bandwidth features, what script would you run? And if someone offered this to you, which script would you like installed?
What script I would run depends on what kind of business/site I want to start. People normally don't plan their site based on the hosting available, it is the other way around!
