You could make it a teacher's resource site, or you could include information about the apple company, including things such as itunes and the such. There are probably some good affiliate products that you can promote with this. Kyle
Something relating to apple products (though that could be problematic legally). Maybe something with a fruit theme. Graphics resource site with bright content? Maybe even a nutrition site, though in my opinion that would be a waste of a great domain =)
everything with "licious" sounds great but since Apple is a big IT company, you can turn it into a resource site related to Apple, showing ONLY good parts
I would also go for a combination of travel / employment / information / reservations / entertainment / tourists site for New York.
I would use it to make a personal website with a nice, brandable name. Or else I would go with everyone else's suggestions and use it as a website for the big IT company Apple.
great domain! I like the New York ideas ... Apple products (mac, iphone, ipod etc.) reseller may also be profitable.

I would go for the Apple products affiliate site or blog . .... or both combined into an affiliate blog news products mashup. The NY idea is very good but I think the site author would need to be a local to make it work, for picture taking and review type posts if it were a blog.
