    Hmm.. I would start a blog on a free blog-hosting site, put some ads on it, get it in link directories at good keywords, and put it in my signature.

    Hmm... Then I got the $5... I would wait 'till I've earned $2 by the ads on my blog, and then buy a .com domain with some free hosting. Then I could start some kind of directory, blog, community, proxy site you name it.

    Could easily convert $5 in to $xxx/month.

    The key here is bulk. If you go bulk, you're not going to make the $100 or $200 with one or two sites, but you'll find some site sales that will surprise you.

    If enough Digital Point members are interested in learning about this I can spend some time writing a tutorial. Still new to the place and it's always good to get better known. :)

    I think it's going to be very difficult (or impossible?) to buy a domain and hosting and pay for both by PayPal (I know there are registrars that accept PayPal payments, but I think not in this price-range.)

    The ebook idea above is a far better one!

    When i started internet marketing , i don't have even a paypal account. I searched , tried , tried and tried , at least found some unregistered pr domains . I sold them on dp ( you can find these posts lol old days ) and bought a vcc to verify my paypal account . I read , tried , tested , read read read again .I don't want to say kind of words like now i'm earning 62353242 per month or own 12414124 domains but all i can say there is a huge difference between past times and now .

    so $5 with a verified paypal account is great for a start .
