Gaming sites always do well. Even if the gaming sites don't get the uniques & members they do get guest traffic flow. Lots of chinese gaming sites especially WoW Gold sites. Wow Gold sites are as bad with the spamming as porno and drug dealers.

I'll check out your site submit link. I always drop banners and links everywhere. My site is just a little advertising forum on one of the free forum hosting sites. http:// webring.iboards.us/ . Use Google seach. It doesn't always come up on other seach engines. It doesn't come up all the time on my ISP's seach engine that's for sure! I do get lots of pages on the site out.

I'm always looking for advertising places. I'll check your site out now and submit the link. Me and my family members sell stuff on the internet with Ioffer as the main selling venues so People Browse is just a portal to that.

I did the link exchange with you. The kind of link exchange you have I usually don't mess with either. I've done these types of link exchanges before and they are bogus. I have to send you 2 visitors in order to get one visitor back? That's messed up. It never works and these types of link exchanges are a waist of time just like the directories.

I think your site will do good eventually if you do some real advertising either by paying for advertising space or link building.

The link exchanges I do are me posting links and banners on your site and you can signature spam my advertising forum. This two for one exchange never works, at least for me and it's very unfair. Oh yea, you can muck up my advertising forum and get all the traffic you can get out of it without me leaving a link on your site. My site is free after I check out your site for porno and drugs. These aren't allowed.

OK, thanks! I put your link in my link exchange category. If you register on People Browse I'll make up a nice ad for you in the games forum. Unless you do it yourself. People Browse is heavily advertised and Twittered regularly. I actively seach for free advertising and link building is the way to get your site known.

If you register on Americana Network and have a permanent advertising place like People Browse I will put your 468 x 60 banner on the front page and I will muck up your advertising place with banners and links. Americana Network is a fairly new site on a free forum hosting site so traffic has to be built to it also. This takes time. This is the kind of advertising that gets modest results. Just takes along time. http:// americananetwork.s2.bizhat.com/ Your gaming site should do well if you link build it. Minumum links on other sites is 1000. Some people say 100,000 links on other sites for mega traffic.

OK, sorry about the misunderstanding. I flash read alot and saw the 2 for 1 exchange and I've been down that road before.

P.S. Building traffic to your site is about you putting links all over the internet on other web sites that allow advertising. You can either pay for space or hunt down free advertising places. Don't worry about your link exchange. Worry more about getting your links and banners on web sites so seach engine bots and other people can find your site. Some sites will be low to no traffic and some will be good traffic. Your links on low traffic sites may mean that the 1 person that clicks into it will register on your web site so low traffic web sites shouldn't be discounted. I put links and banners everywhere no matter how much traffic the site has or is giving me. No matter if they register back on my site. Just as long as I can get the link or banner in on their site, "I'm Happy" :) .

If you got 100$ go for the premium and quality directories. Check if the directory have some bad comments, being penalized, etc... Also go for directory that Google loves to crawl always. :D

I will use this code {keyword}+"add a site" and submit to free ones and use the $100 for paid dr. This will ensure me that I am submitting to a related niche.

I'd save my money, 100 bucks is just a drop in the bucket. If I had to spend the money, it would be on Facebook ads. I'd rather build a loyal following than get a a quick page rank.

Really depends on what you are promoting and what the purpose of wanting to be in directories is for. For backlinks only or it's actually a valueable directory that industry specific people visit

Everything in business should be based on return on investment. Having said that if you spend $100 on paid directories that's a waste of valuable marketing dollars
