The hardest thing I used to find when I started my own business was to tell people what I did. Small business owner never impressed the girls. Self employed seemed to always say "unemployed" to the girls too LOL.

Well, you can say you run a media company since you need content to make money with AdSense. Or you can say you're in marketing because you need to attract visitors to your site and make your money mainly from advertising.

I tell different people different things.

If she's hot and *loose* I tell her I run a porn site and am screening models.

If I'm talking to a guy I tell him I run a porn site and ask if his sister is hot.

If I'm talking to a teller at my bank and I'm cashing an adsense check, and the teller is hot, I tell her I manage a small publishing site for Google, a $100 billion company and tell her I'll be investing in a porn site, and I'm screening models...

Well, you get the message ;-)

How about Priniciple Arbitrage Architect of a closely held media firm.

The only problem with that title is that people that are not impressed with impressive titles will think I don't work.
