    I'm a capable PHP/MYSQL programmer with strong experience in XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. I have 6+ years of experience in all fields mentioned, and I guarantee all of my work.

    I charge on a per project basis, and I accept contract work. All payments must be made via PayPal upon completion of a project. Depending on the project, some projects may require a 50% payment upfront, which will be refunded if a project is not completed.
