if you lookup your own page/website does google count that as a page impression everytime and if you were on your site all day would that effect your analytics report?
The work of google analytics is store all the visiting information of your website .it makes no difference that who is the visitor.if you are at your site all the day,it will also reflect in analytics report.but google stores the ip address or other information of the user. it will definitely identify you as the administrator of the website.but the report of google analytics will show all the visits.
You can set up a filter in Analytics to filter out visits from your IP address. Not sure if Adsense has a similar feature.
Definitely worth taking the time to set up a filter for your IP address. You want to make sure the data your collecting is not skewed by your activities.
