flippa.com is popular site for website flipping business. appsFlippa.com can be used for same purpose for apps. It is currently on sale too :).

It would be great if you people can provide you feedback on the value of this domain.

    Thanks

A headache. It is a TM infringement. If you want a monetary value assigned, then zero in any money.

@ryan_uk , I used to feel the same. Flippa has a TM check before you start selling anything. I tried terms using 'Facebook' or 'Google', it say TM issue. But when I listed this domain, it allowed me. So I think its pretty ok. Its currently on sale at flippa itself.

I would have to agree with @ryan_uk on this one, I just searched on flippa and couldn't find the listing, did they remove it?

Looks like it as I saw it earlier, but was too lazy to make a response (it was just going to be - "it won't be for much longer").

I don't understand why someone would list a TM-infringing domain on a site with that very TM!

I would go a step further and say it's worth negative dollars. You're basically trying to sell someone a potential lawsuit. I wouldn't touch that domain with a 20-foot pole. Now if you had a website on the domain with a well-branded strategy for "appsFlippa" with little relation to flippa itself, you may be able to argue against TM infringement, but that's a far cry from what you've got now.

I agree to all your feedback. Hence I iformed the same to flippa and asked to check if it violates TM and remove if needed. Hence they removed. Thank you all.
