i will be doing SEO for a one page website(There will only one page which will have all the stuff on diff tabs), which contain diff internal links may be more then 50, and those will be called through i frame. My Question is that, is i frame useful for on page optimization and how many keywords can i mention as Meta keywords, I just have one page and that will be the Home page. Any guide lines...
Well, iframes are not search engine friendly. Content added in iframes will not be crawled by search engines.

Drop the i frames. Use open source to rebuild the website like Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla. Google easily reads the text on all three open source back end I mentioned. Also, don't be greedy with your keywords. If you have too many keywords your page cannot be the best for any of them. It will be too diluted. If you are going for short tail keywords stick with 1 to 3. If it is more long-tail keywords that are less competitive you can go for more than three simultaneously but again don't be greedy and try to stuff the page with too many keywords. Gan Pae!
