I will not sell the link coz its too risky.
If go0gle found out,the PR8 will be dropped to PR0 and worst come to worst,the site will be deinxed by g00gle.

 

Well PR8 my friend has much bigger value on its own

You don't need to sell Links

Just have one page saying Advertising, You sell Banners , People will buy at cost of 300 to 500$ per month
Advertising is legal , So instead of Text Links, it will be worth to sell Banners adveritsements

And you dont need to go and sell there are Publisher-Advertiser networks , just post price there and people will automatically pay you

Dont worry about selling links, Just worry how to handle buyers.

Lastly it will be one time selling your PR8 website at around 4000 to 5000$ instead of running after links sales

Have you actually seen anything really PR8 sold on B-S-T , Honeslty is mostly PR4,5,6 not beyond that in masses atleast , yes sometimes you see it but never in bulks as 4,5,6
