I think the idea of this is good (without saying how moaid123 quality is, that I do not know). One thing though. Be quick to paste in the code on your sites. As a proxy top list owner I remove sites from the list that do not have my code on it. Often I check for the code minutes after the site is submitted. If its not there, I remove the site, so be quick, I suppose I am not the only one doing this.
