    BusinessForums - with a little creativity you can come up with a decent domain name for VERY cheap. That's a heck of lot for a domain!

    I would buy 1-10 established sites that are already generating revenue. Then use any remaining money toward building content and promoting.

    Hire a team of coders, make your own robust proxy script, sell it, make it, promote it, or somthing.

    You have enough money to buy out the whole market there. Good money in it.
