Well I would go for anyone of such things , but .info domains are cheap and no matter what ever DOT Site's are "if you know it you can rank it anyways: :)

.org usually, but for some information resources, I would use .info.

.org or .info don't have any tendency to rank better in serp, so choose whatever suits your website.

A .org domain name may be a better choice.
As we all know, many webmasters choose .info domains and set up sites without any high-quality content. So, it is not wise to register .info domains if you can purchase .org domain names at the same time.

I've been reading lots of threads with the same question lately here and on the warrior forum. Warrior forum says that .org is more SEO friendly when compared to .info. This forum says that it really makes no difference. So judging from that I would suggest to take the .org because it could be more SEO friendly and just because it sounds better than .info

    Hope this helps

If I could not get my choice in domain name with .com or .net I would add a stopword rather than go for .org or .info. I don't think .infos are going to be easy to rank and obviously .orgs rank but I wouldn't want to go for .org unless I was promoting a site that generally fell under that category or I suppose as a last resort. Just my 2 cents.

If you promote your website it doesn’t really matter, most of my website traffic is sent by search engines as opposed to people knowing and typing the domain name.

My choice when looking for a domain is .com .net. For a general website I would find it hard to choose between info and org.

    Thanks Brian
