LLLL.com seems to be a pretty good investment right now, hell I invested almost $10, 000 in them in total but now I am selling them out, and am pending a sale for all of them...Time to move on, I invested in non premium and that was my mistake, too much work involved with lower quality 4L.com's...However, premium LLLL.com's seem to be the trend but to be honest, this hype probably won't last forever so like the stocks, sell while your ahead kind of thing, that's why I quick flipped. LLL.com's really won't lose value and with so many end users picking them up, there are less left so the value will go up. If you can get a LLL.com for $5, 000 go for it, and I mean with no remorse, sell your goats to Col if you have to, just get the money. That is a rare opportunity mate, and your guaranteed profit on even a quick sale, but sitting with an LLL.com takes patience, and within the few years you sit, maybe an end user will pick it up, otherwise, resell it at reseller value which hopefully would have increased like it continues to every few months. Besides that, CCC.com's aren't the best investments in my opinion as they are pretty difficult to sell for a reasonable amount. The line of profit for these are small. I think you may find yourself also considering L-L.com's, at least I have. They are still pretty cheap $3k about...and easy to sell, you wouldn't regret sitting on those
i would have invested that money in my already established sites! I would buy more content and make my sites a better resource!
Thanks for the detailed response ... Im curious as to why you think the premium LLLL.com's wont continue to increase consistently over the next 10-?? years, the way I was looking at it is more and more of them will be bought by the end users, and kept, leaving less for the rest of the market to play with. Thus in turn constantly creating more and more value for them since no new ones can ever be created. I have only done pink/otcbb trading so far and surprisingly I did alright a couple times, but then I lost it all in the end haha. I have been reading more and more lately about stocks though and eventually am taking the series 7 test to add to my business card lol. I have been keeping my eye out for well designed sites with a possible future here on DP for sale but I havent seen anything that has WOW'd! me yet. Plus I wouldnt have the slightest idea where to start once I purchased them as all I have is decent html knowledge and I dont even have Dreamweaver or any software right now.
Well that happens with every type like lll.com and etc but I don't expect a dramatic fall in the value of LLLL.com's, but look at LLL.com's. They are pretty much at their peak. The minimum wholesale value of them won't increase dramatically in the near future, so why would a LLLL.com beat the value of a LLL.com? Now besides that, you also got to look at ccc.com's which are sitting comfortably as well. Pretty much, the market reaches a point where the end users zapped up the most valuable names and the rest of the domains are only valuable to resellers. This is where the price is set, but LLLL.com's boomed in the market and I think they boomed too fast, but right now there are far more resellers for LLLL.com's then end buyers.
