I would flee to Zimbabwe, and be a multi-trillionaire. 1 USD= 4,000,000 Zimbabwean dollars. So you would have 200,000,000,000 Zimbabwean dollars, wait until Robert Mugabe is overthrown and hopefully their dollar might be worth a little more and you become rich. On a serious level, buying some Zimbabwean dollars soon wouldn't hurt.
Another good idea is too find a good partner who has an understand of Adwords and CPA, and get him to start a campaign that you would sponsor. Make the money, give him a 25% share, keep the rest.

 

pay cash for a house in foreclosure that is wayyy under appraised value....since its REO the bank is happy to do a cash sale for less than what is owed


maybe its a 150k value, but only has 55k owed on it, bank takes 40k cash
then, refinance on the same property for as much as possible (80%?)

pay back the 50k in full, pocket the 70k and use that for whatever you wanted....of course there is now a mortgage, but you have more than 45 days to pay it back, as well as its a property securing it (that you acquired OPM!)

 

I have been doing this for the past 10 years.

 

Buy a 40K site, put 10K into promotion and flip it, flip it fo' real.

I'd say you are the one with no understanding of forex. The fact that you are trading on huge margin means it is very possible to triple your money. Of course you can lose it as well but you acted as if 3x on forex is something unbelievable when it is not, my winning positions have made 10 or 20 times my money in a few weeks, much less 45 days. I don't even trade on as big of margin as most people.

Forex? To make money off that you need to spend some serious time researching. I'd just put it in a high interest account for a month, make about $300-$500 with little to no risk. Everyone wins

 

This is the worst idea i've heard of in my life.

Do you not realise the inflation rate? Is causing the problems with the zimbabwean dollar.

Do you not realise that they will end up releasing a new currency and kill the price of the old one - which will probably mean that the 50k you invest is worth even less when this happens even before the inflation rate kills it.

 

invest in domains if you are experienced in the field (unless done with experience its hyper risk)
but anyway if you are experienced in it you can simply double your investment in three months, so even a small capital is enough to begin with (and i think thats the best way to go ahead, small initial capital...then no risk as well)

 

Doesn't work. You need a risk-free investment, with that kind of terms. Starting a business is not

 

A typical web hosting/web design company is NOT profitable in 45 days.

 

Invest it in real estate in Florida.

You will still have 20-25k to put elsewhere... this way you lessen your risk by diversifying

Many people have great products, they just don't get enough people to find out about it.

(think you can dance? top model? Idol? etc)

These draw in tons (plus you make money from SPONSORS and ENTRANTS) and again quick money in just a couple weeks

i see an error i made though

with nightclub concert I meant, you could probably pull of TWO of them with MAJOR Celebrities (especially in rap/hip hop) for 25k each (2 concerts=50k cost)

 

You cant do any good things in 45days
50K $ is not much and 45 days are very short

You may ask some people to work together for any fast job. For example nowadays I need about 200K $ to buy and sell computer and I'll earn about %7 in 60days.

 

I would just keep it in the bank!
Anything that will give a good return will have high risk.
