And what if the second month you get banned? Adsense is not a stable income source. If you make money today it doesn't mean you will make tomorrow as well. There are many things to be taken into account. You can get banned or your niche can get saturated. Look at the online games sites, years ago clicks were like $1+ , now they are 1 cent.

This would be a no-brainer. If you are making 10k per month in adsense you are getting enough traffic to make money through other channels as well, so you could easily double that - meaning 240k per year. Sweet!
