    I earn $20 per day on one of my site. I sell it for $14400! And man who buy it didn't improve site. Not even one new article written by him! After 4 month he told me that site earn $1 or $2 per day. He ask me to work on his site. And now he pay me $10 daily to work on his site :)

    Try to scale and monetize. If that is its peak performance then sell and begin another project.
