This is the point view of investor. you can sell 12 x 30 x 100 = $ 36000, reason investor want to get back money in 12 month, later on they want to get profit.

I sold a site with $100/day adsense revenue for $25k which I think is a fair price. Anything over 12 months of revenue is a very high risk transaction and only few buyers will go for it especially when adsense is the source of income. Adsense accounts are very fragile and can be banned even if you play by the rules. I would personally never pay 12 months revenue for an adsense site unless I saw a potential to improve it and flipp it in a few months time.

If i have site generate $100 per day from adsense, definetely not want to sell it. $3000 from one site is enough for me as fixed income. and start other project to add the numbers.

Assuming you are actually getting $100/day - Why the hell would you sell it? $100 a day for the rest of your life on automation and only having to pay out for some content on auto as well - crazy, man! Keep it!

But if you wanna sell it do a six month income average - and that's your selling price, in my opinion :)

you can sell it....at flippa at X10 price
means if you make $100 per day means you are making $100 x 30 = $3000 per month

so you sell this at flippa by bidding at $3500 to $4000.

    Good luck!!

My friend had a website for two years, everyday he wrote an article and it took him like 40-60 minutes and he earned $450 a day from commissions and ads. He sold the website for 3 years of earnings + $0.25 for every word on the website. He had written nearly 700 articles with about 600 words in each. Which is almost $600k. He never did any SEO or whatever, the traffic just came to him because of the high quality content.

Later, he made a new article site about another subject and after four months of high quality content writing, he sold it for $45k.

That is what a lot of people do wrong, they sit all time like a couple of hours trying to "market" the website, but the real thing is having good content and the site will market itself without any work.

i have a site that makes on average $200/day and recently turned down an offer from a large company for $300k.. Because i have so much blood, sweat, tears, heart and soul invested into the site I told them I would consider nothing less than $900k.. of course the math would not add up for anyone to pay that price.

I buy and sell sites for 3 months of revenue but they are not adsense. Adsense is very volatile but on the other hand, there is nothing to do. So I'll say 12 month of revenue...

    $100 x 30 = $3,000 monthly
    $3,000 x 12 = $36,000

Wouldn't go below $40,000. I would only sell the site if I needed the cash for another project, because getting money slowly is in my opinion better than getting a big check all of a sudden. At least you respect it more!

I should have sold my 100/day site.
It's earning less than 30% of that now

It depends on several other factors. Sounds like a sweet deal to me.
