If you could have 100,000 fans/followers, would you rather have them in twitter or FB

So which one would you prefer ?

100,000 targeted followers (not bots) on Twitter

or

100,000 targeted fans on Facebook

and why?

 

same. both are a good benefits creator.

Both can be great.

But for me, I will go for FB.

Because FB is more popular in my country.

 

FB for me - let's you do more stuff . If they post on your fan page, their friends see it, and this whole web is made. Lot more exposure IMO.

 

Both would be nice, obviously. But if you are going to force be to choose one out of them, then i would go for facebook. Because in twitter, one tweet can come and go but on facebook fan page you can interact, share, and discuss a lot of things with your fellow followers. Right?

 

if its celebrity then go for twitter else facebook

 

I'de say twitter is much better when it comes to monetize blogs, news or article sites.

 

I love FB fan page! FB is friendlier than Tw and most people like like FB!

 

FB... With the power of fb 100.000 could double in few weeks..

Tough call, but I think I'd prefer Facebook. It's a little more intimate than Twitter. However, the RT is pretty powerful.

 

Chose facebook. Friends and relatives use facebook rather than twitter so it might be good to see if I have 100000 fans..

 

Twitter might be better as the followers will immediately see the content. Not everyone checks back up on a FB fan page..

Facebook all the way. It's a much more visual platform. People like to see stuff. Not just links and short text

 

that would actually be a good experiment to conduct!
if i could choose then i would like 50k in facebook/50k twitter and see which one converts more doing affiliate marketing.

Both would be good, but Facebook has the edge, there are mores ways you can promote your site or page using Facebook array of tools.
