I'd get rid of that personals crap. They could be spending their time and money on more valuable endeavors.

I'd change it to be owned by me ;-)

darn, I was thinking the same thing. But another thing would be more documentation on how to optimize your sites for google - official documentation from google that is, not some SEO's guess.

but then everyone would know, and everyone would do SEO to their pages, and you'd have more competition.

I like it better when only a hand full of people know.

I don't need more people like Shawn knowing all this SEO and making ridiculous amounts of money off their SEO/Affiliate marketing/Brains skills.

Less competition = more for me. :)

    If I could change Google I'd change .... ummmm ... I don't know.
I'd put myself on the payroll and in the "telecommuting" department with no one to report to, so they could just keep sending me checks.
    is that clever enough?

relevence of results would be nice

I'm getting more and more traffic from msn and Y! than ever before - so it's not just seos and the like that know g is not providing good results

results I get from g (now I have a 20 spot penalty for whatever reason) I get from results from 21-30 --- so people are looking for relevence......

I would do without that "I'm feeling lucky" button.
I think it's a bit silly, although I'ma also sure there's a good reason for it to be there.

what's wrong with the I'm feeling lucky button?

There are still plenty of people, probably as many as voted for bush, that don't know what it actually does and will press it thinking they'll somehow be lucky. There are still those that think there is some kind of random-ness involved with the "lucky" button.

I don't like the homepage. It lacks something. I think it needs... probably... a link to my sites with good anchor text.

On a more serious note, I would change business tactics and invest heavily in the Azian market. Establish Labs there and cash in on the growth there.
