    If i will be given a chance to go back in time and fix something i will definitely go back to that day when my mom had an attacked. I have this regret that if only i paid enough attention to her i could have brought her to the hospital for check up now she is gone. :(

    That's an interesting question. My first response is to reply that I would change me. But the question says "if you could", which indicates that the 1 thing is not something I currently can change. Well, I can change me (to a certain extent anyway) already. So my next response is I would change the ability of humans to see with spiritual eyes, not just physical ones.
