Interesting thread. I would have to choose the USA. First thing I would do is get rid of all the corrupt scumbags in the Administration, starting with a Mr Richard E Cheney. I would also send Arnie off to Guantanamo Bay. I would install a new Administration that has the American peoples interests as their number one priority. I would make a law that prevents any member of the Bush or Clinton family from coming within a 50 mile radius of the White House. I would arrest Rumsfeld too for all the damage his lies has done to the USA in the past. I would bring all the troops home from Iraq and Afghanistan immediately, better the troops home here with their familys and alive than being needlessly killed over there. I would ban American Football, Baseball, WWE, McDonalds and FOX News. I'll be telling the Rockefeller's and the Rothschild's and other Illuminati front men that we will not be attacking Iran under false pretences to further their corrupt agenda towards world domination. I would stop the CFR plans for the Amero and North American Union too. I think I would make a great leader.

I would choose Britain. It's about time they had another woman Prime Minister! I would completely halt all immigration from non-EU countries, pass a law that makes it mandatory to deport foreign nationals convicted of crimes on completion of their sentence, and use anybody convicted of terrorist offences as guinea pigs for medical research. Free the animals and test all the drugs on al-Qaeda and their ilk.
