Erm, what do you mean by "searchable" ??? LOL every keyword is searchable... What you mean is, are these keywords searched a lot for? Do a lot of people google them? http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com confirms that there are 100 searches, but I don't really trust these stats. So you're website is at the top for these stats but you don't get any traffic, is this the problem?
hopefully you have analytics installed so you can see if the rankings you have for these keywords bring any traffic to your site - are you using google analytics or anything?
My site actually on top of these keywords and 80% of my visitors is from google with these keywords with an average of 200 unique daily from google alone...
You cannot expect these words to top keyword tracker because these are very specific keywords but the moment someone search them, the target it directed to your site... like other specific niche..
