    Those of us who look for work here owe the hiring site owner a few basic considerations. In my opinion we should:

    1) Read the post and follow the instructions. If the thread says to PM the site owner, then PM, don't reply to the post.

    2) Reply to requests using good English. Why would anyone hire an article writer who responds with something like, "I can do ur work. What topic u need?"

    3) Don't resurrect old threads. I don't know what this is about, but why does anyone think they are going to get work from a thread that is over 400 days old?

    4) Don't oversell yourself. No one can write about everything, at least not at these rates.

    5) Ask for additional information if the request isn't clear enough.


    That's my five cents worth.
