    I have a lot of heart, but this is just too funny that I couldn't help but "LOL" :p

    Basically, it's a prank call to an Asian guy who owns a Chinese restaurant, the caller informed him that he was calling in behalf of the Fire department & that his restaurant was currently on fire. ;)
