if you received the check i guess it means you get it from legal ways, then you should be able to deposit it.

NO. They wont cancel you check. The reason they paid you coz they felt those earnings were legitimate.

Before they send you the check, they check to make sure that all the clicks are legit. If they were they send checks, so it is cash able.

 

I agree. If you got the check, you can cash it. The ban just means that you will not get any more payments.
