If women ruled the world, every time one had a 'bad day' a country would get nuked lol. Just joking, but I don't think things would have been better.

Well, you can't really say that. It may not be the cause of the problem. If you understand, there is dirty politics. Many people may be against this and they would like to defame the current government.
I don’t think anyone "rules" the world. Even in theory it is hard to imagine a world "ruled" by only one gender. Even in strict patriarchal or matriarchic societies, communities , tribes or whatever, there is never a ruling made by one of the genders because we, as humans, influence each other and we all know who influences us better than anyone- our opposite gender. I am a girl and I do not think we are wiser than boys, or smarter or able to handle things with more fairness than them. I think that if there were to be a world that needed "ruling" we should do it together..sexism is futile.
