That remains to be seen, even for small countries poverty and hunger exist, how do you control an entire earth? Do you think rich countries which would then be known maybe as regions be willing to give their own wealth to poor regions?
I think we can take help from different place where is production is high of cereals...so we can directly imports from these place no need to ask there govement...
Let me ask you a simple question, even in your country, has the government given food etc where there is high production to those regions who are poor or lacking in it? Even within the country?

The government is well aware of what global warming is doing to the earth. They just don't care. I don't see how making the world into a single nation would change that.
would never happen unless aliens visited us and told us we are like the 200th species they know. Then we would have no choice but to work with each other. as a species.. But as far as today goes, no way. Nobody could rule the whole world and there are always going to be disagreements between people, thats why there are boarders, and different religions to this day. Its a fact that westerners don't really like easterners and east doesn't really like west so having a ruler is out of the question, and a democracy wouldn't work because it goes back to having different views on different issues. People are just too different to be united under one banner. Not in this lifetime.

This is not possible in the next 100 years , if E.U. is united is for another reason , prevention of another big war in the future or revenges ( ex Germany against France, Hungary against Romania and Slovakia e.t.c) Europe is the place where all big wars started , is easy to start a war in Europe because Germany will be an allied with Hungary forever , Romania with France , Serbia with Russia and this countries will have forever something to ...divide between them . E.U is a surrogate for European Peace A world united is impossible for one reason : always some people will be rich and other poor , united and equal = comunism and comunism = poverty U.S. citizens will never live in poverty with 200 $ / month to help asian and african countries United people will be only in heaven....everything else is a surrogate , a false ilusion of equality and prosperity

nope that wouldnt work either, nobody from the west would even consider giving someone else more "power" over another. It would have to be split equal all the way for everyone which obviously wouldn't work.
