    If we have a SearchEngine script like InoutScripts' Inout Search Engine,
    My question is :
    Is it legal to use Google API key results for our search engine.

    It's not a search engine if it's using results from other search engines - it's a meta tool.

    Given the way inout scripts have spammed this forum over the years I wouldn't recommend touching their scripts.
