I am not very much sure but what I think it GA will consider the same as referral traffic and it show the website from which the visitor is coming as source. For example: I have searched "Rose Flower" in image search of G.com and found some images in front of me. I clicked first image it redirect me at "flicker" where the image is actually place and if anyone visits to your website it will count as visit via "flicker" and source Google. I am not sure it my view. Is here anyone having practice experience?

I think its true, the problem is that GA will not show you what was the search term...and thats a shame because it can teach you a lot as a webmaster about good keywords, etc. I am going to test it out my self, I will post the results ASAP

Analytics will show you visit from Google.com, when you will check the referral for details you will see indication that the visit came via Image - but no further information such as Key words the visitor searched for, nor the page he arrived from, etc.

Yes the page from where the user was redirected cannot be tracked. Nor can the user's search words be.
