If These Pages are Indexed...

    If google index pages that are a part of an open source CMS, will it effect my SEO in anway? I'm talking about pages such as login.php, etc that have no relancy to my keyword.

    Not at all, but you can prevent Google from indexing those pages by using the robots.txt file,.

    create robot.txt file and stop SE to index that pages.u can get more information on google for robot.txt
