If the affiliate program put different standards on the publisher on the countries!!!

    I recently register axill.com and get a account.Compared with my friend who live in America .There are more advertisers in his account than in mine.I come from China.

    Yes, Axill does this as far as I know. Other CPA networks usually don't do it
