If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself,is it considered to be a hostage situation? How about it? Could he be charge more than once?

I suppose it would depend whether his 'sensible' personality was stronger than his homicidal one!

 

maybe , but you can't be charged for attempting suicide. they'd probably send you to a mental institution though.

 

I think it's up to the other witnesses in his personality makeup. Maybe you could get all of their opinions?
