    I wanna outsourcing seo ,so i am finding someone to got my site top 5.Someone tell me if he do not got my site top 5, then he will refund 100% to me. but does it guarantee? how to guarantee he must refund me especially worldwide remote online cooperation. can paypal guarantee this? if he do not refund me, i apply a dispute to paypal. my money will must be refund ? how do you do to guarantee your money back if agreement not arrived.

    very narrow chance to get refund in this way he atleast take 3 months to do
    after 45 days paypal dont care your dispute it will keep in waiting list


    only way u may get refund is if he is honest
