    I can make you joomla template if you need.

    I can convert PSD, or HTML/CSS to Joomla template.

    Here what I done so far. http://www.ihavetalents.com/testing/
    Name of templates are Red and Simple. You can change it by Template Changer

    For simple template - 100$
    For complicated template - 200$ or more

    I'm also selling those 2 designs Red and Simple.
