    I like to know, if someone has 2 posts or 24 posts, with more than
    14 days in the forum and without a red reputation, can the person
    give an iTrader to another whom he dealt with? Please do suggest.

    Can't actually recall if someone needs a 25 post minimum for iTrader but I don't think so. I believe they can leave iTrader the same as anyone else if it's for a thread in the proper section.

    Caveat: someone else may know better. ;)

    You can give and receive iTrader without hitting 25 posts. I know we had a member with quite a few iTrader who never posted, but did all deals privately based on threads by the other person involved.
