It is really pissing me off when people are offering $10 - $100 for great websites with great designs and features that are put up for sale. A lot of websites for sale have very expensive designs that if would be sold just as a design template would cost 5 times more then people offer for those websites. How narrow minded (or greedy) should one be offering Mon.Revenue * 10 prices for sites making $30/month for sites that have development costs of $xxxx. Nobody is going to sell you the site for such a cheap prices if they invested in building it a lot more. Common people stop being greedy!
So very true the worth of a site is not entirely based off of revenue at that given moment but also the potential for increased revenue in the future. A good example would be a site about some movie that is coming out that has a great domain and is quickly having an expanding user base. Right now it only makes $10/month but 3 months from now it's make $100/month and another 3 months it's $1000/month. But everyone thinks they should pay $100. I can see where they're coming from to a degree they're asking why is this guy selling if it's such a great idea and will make money int he future.
it is funny but it also irritating.. it wastes time.. do they think buyers are so desperate to sell their site that they will drop 75% of its price??
