    hello vitrag24,
    there is no activation charge if you activate your card by 31st march. TO activate, you need to upload funds to your card, to upload funds, you need to either get funds through any company like infolinks payout (if you have reached payment threshold) or through credit card.
    ALso, there is approx 3 $ maintainenance charge per month on the card which will be deducted from available funds of card. Just hit on pricing and fees tab to know more. You are also charged 2.5 $ approx for withdrawal through atm. If you are starter or get low online income, it is better to stick with paypal than getting the card at this moment.
    I hope my reply helps you!

    Thanks a lot for satisfying answer.

    Well, if monthly earnings are around 100-200USD, then should one stick to paypal or this card is better?

    ========
    another query:

    While withdrawl from ATM, we can withdraw in our currency isnt it? then currency rate is universal or their own like paypal?

    I've asked paypal, I can't withdraw in USD to card, it'll be converted to INR at the time of withdraw.

    Shd I use payoneer just for payment from infolink(30-90usd monthly)? Or paypal is better option?

    Stick with PayPal if your infolinks payout less than $100 monthly mate.

    of course if you withdraw for pp it will convert your funds to INR thats if you have an Indian pp and im guessing you do.
    But if you did withdraw INR from pp -> payoneer card then the funds would be transfer back to USD
    because payoneer card is a dollar denominated card
