if payoneer card is lost, what happens to the VBA linked to it ?

    hello
i have a payoneer mastercard and a virtual bank account
my question is : if the card is lost, what happens to the VBA ?
can i still receive money into my VBA while waiting for the new card to arrive?
or is the VBA blocked like the mastercard until i activate the new received card ?

question two : is it possible to get more than one payoneer card from different partners ? i tried to get another card from one partner and found no signup link, because this account is already linked to a card.
    thanks for your help all

    Hi Asmazergui,

Generally speaking, it depends on the status of your card. If you report the card as lost or stolen, we block the account until you activate the new card (this is, of course, for your own protection since your card is out there somewhere and we don't want anyone stealing your funds). Since the account is blocked, usually you can't receive the VA payments, but sometimes you can. The best would be to ask our support team to check your specific account, but if you can wait on making the transfer, that would be best (you can't withdraw it until you get the new card anyway).

The VA account itself, though, remains the same and is attached to your new card, so you don't have to reapply or anything.

Payoneer blocked my account for a consultation to support, I would be very careful working with this "company". Luckily I had no money, but I'm sure it would stealing.Ask to Payoneer what is the company that monitors at home and quies no answer.

I obviously don't know why your account was blocked, but we never ever keep funds from blocked accounts. If we shut down an account that has funds in it, the funds are sent back to the partner that they user received the funds from so they can get their money a different way. It definitely WOULD be stealing if we kept the money - but we don't.

I'm not sure what the last part is about - company that monitors at home and quies no answer? Please clarify. Thanks!

Account blocked because I asked if I could offer support on ecurrency (Paypal, Mooneybookers, etc).

A really simple question, which Payoneer should only answer yes or no.

But chose to block my account. He never told me about it. I ask to Payoneer, always answer to me Payoneer had "technical problems", but after much consultation got me explain what had actually occurred, my account is blocked because Payoneer are really incompetence. I thought it would be different from other online billing companies, but is just another joke company.

All companies are monitored by an official goverment companiese, I was asked Payoneer which monitors them to make timely complaint but declined to answer Payoneer. Act in an unclear and over that customers do not want to file complaints against them.

We wouldn't block you because you asked about ecurrencies - we are asked that on a daily basis. There's nothing wrong with asking that at all. Like I said, there's no way for me to know since I don't have your information, but if you could give me your ticket ID (starts with LTK) I would like to take a look.

We are a US based company, so if you want to file a complaint, you are free to do so. However, we have done nothing wrong here - you yourself said you had no funds in your account. We are a privately-held company and have the right to shut down an account if we feel the need.

Again, I have no idea why your account was shut down, I am just giving a general statement.

How do I send a complaint? What goverment company I need send the complaint?

I had no funds in the account for withdrawing money in Colombia would have to do it through Payoneer card, and it is really expensive

Then I decided to look for other alternatives.

As I explained my account was blocked simply by asking the Payoneer support a simple question ("Can I offer support about e-currencies???" A little, stupid question). But they denied any evidence.

Payoneer accounts censorship silently, without allowing even a complaint.

    Really disappointing.

Like I said, I don't nkow why you were blocked, but there is absolutely no way it was because you asked about transferring funds from various ecurrencies. I'm sorry that your account was blocked, but this is our right as a company, just as it would be for any other payment company.

Not at all = that's what I was saying. We are asked that all the time, I am 100% sure that the question was not the reason. It's a completely valid reason. There's nothing illegal about those currencies that you asked about.

I'm sorry, but that isn't Payoneer, it's Plimus. Payoneer does the payments for Plimus, but we aren't the same company.

I'm sorry, but that isn't Payoneer, it's Plimus. Payoneer does the payments for Plimus, but we aren't the same company. Plimus apparently doesn't accept consulting businesses - this has nothing to do with Payoneer. This isn't our support, either, it's Plimus's support.

I'm sure you can find another IPSP that will allow you to receive payments for your consulting services.

While it is beneficial for you to have the partner accounts linked to one Payoneer account, as it helps cut down on fees and is easier to manage, you are not required to do so. If you'd like, you can open a separate Payoneer account for each partner account.

Note: You will be required to have a unique e-mail address foe each account.

If you've already merged the two accounts, you cannot then request 2 separate cards for the account, that is likely what CS was referring to.

The only solution in your case would be to request that CS removes the payee ID from your account, and then you can re-apply for Payoneer with the account once it has been removed.
