To get credit card from India pose a great difficulty, the only way to bypass it is to maintain a corporate account with banks and make yourself known to their management. They will will issue you an international credit card once they verify you and your business online. Also some amount of money is required for this accreditation. So for small business owners you better stay low for now. No way out

I own a SBI International VISA Debit Card but I'm yet to use it for buying anything from the global market. In short, I haven't used it for any international transactions.

I'm pretty much stuck in the same situation as you are Rajanurs. For you, Western Union would be the best option, though, I checked out their transfer charges the other day and I was baffled!

I'm looking into this option where PayPal and VISA (separately) provide a gateway for international transactions. You just need a debit card, I think any card would suffice and you can pay using it.

Or have you tried paying using PayPal Invoices?

P.S.: I applied for my SBI Debit Card and got it without a glitch within about 3 weeks (you get the PIN separately). I'm not a student/freelancer so I think my case is valid to pretty much everyone. I didn't do anything different, just filled out a form. You should give it a try (or at least, try contacting the bank authorities about it).

    Good luck. :)

That's not a problem, there are lots of ways to send and receive money all around the globe. If paypal is not working then try bank to bank basis, or any money transfer outlets :)

I think you need to verify your card with 3dsecure verification first then only entropay will accept it.

You can also ask the question with entropay.

I have registered for 3D Secure/Verified by Visa....the credit card issuer is blocking payment to Entropay and when I ask them why they said high risk and told me not to transact with Entropay.
