If my website penalised what to do first ?

    I have website seems to be penalised what to do first and what are the next steps.

    I had top ranking before penalised but now out of top 100

    Can anyone give me proper answer to this thread ?

    Your website out of the top 100 doesn't mean it's penalized. How long has it NOT been ranking? If you DO have a penalty, it's more than likely the result of your link profile and anchor text variation.
