    If your website is having good quality content. They will accept your website either it is 1 month old or 1year old. If i know,they take approx 15 days for approval.

    mate if you not from asia than you can apply adsense any time even you website is 1week old and they will approval if your content is unique and good for visitors good luck i hope i ll get like

    Wrong! That does not apply to every country. Only certain ones such as India (Due to massive adsense fraud).
    I also agree with 'expectation', if not from asia and you have good content you can apply anytime even the day you buy the site. As long as your website complies with the TOS and the adsense website quality guidelines then you can apply at anytime. That's all you need to worry about and not any other adsense 'Myths' such as 50 posts etc (Where does it say that in the TOS? Oh silly me it doesn't)
