Hi, my new site just launched only 30 days and I just searched in Google.com in
    - allintitle:mykeyword
    - allinanchor:mykeyword

in all DC's and found that my site ranked very well in high competitive search term. Is this mean I'm out of sandboxed? I asked coz I compared to my old site - Real Estate Directory - I had to waited for ~100 days before I see my site ranked very well in those 2 search operator (<50) please suggest me.

    Regards,

No quite the opposite. You are probably more vulnerable to the sandbox now that Google sees your new site ranking well for competitive keywords. This isn't bad... if anything it's good. You will be put in the sandbox no matter what, especially as Google advances their intelligence.

I would highly suggest you create a budget for link building when you get into the sandbox. Do not get discouraged, because if you properly build links while in sandbox, it will greatly reduce the time you're in it and give you even better SERP when you get out.

    God bless.
