If my site has over 1,000 backlinks - how can I see past 1,000?

One kind of effective way would be to add a keyword at the end of the link query, and then compile a large list, and de-dupe the list. This will at least get a decent number over the 1k limit.

I use a program call Traffic Travis. It's a rather popular SEO software, it does exactly what you want, it shows you how many back links you have and lists every single one of them. Also, the program automatically updates the count everyday. You should give the free version a try.
