I have a social network site, my member can upload music, videos and pictures to my site. But, the thing is this, if they upload illegal or copyrighted content to my site, will I be held liable for it? Right now, my site is still new, so of course I can check everything by my self, but later, if daily visitors increase, then I will have to think about it

Yes you will be held liable for it. The company will probably contact you to remove it.
    Simple.

So after removing the content everything will be fine? So main thing is that we can remove the content after we get inform. But what about the Search Engine Penalization ??

Don't worry too much. The chances that a lawsuit will be thrown at you is minimal. Companies often supply the URL of the offending content/page and state their full complaint. If your worried, simply go to the URL, delete the content and reply stating it has been removed and you will ensure the user will be informed of the breach :p, works every time for me.
